The driving distance between New Delhi and Jaipur is 285 kms 

Delhi , Agra and Jaipur forms the Golden Triangle of Indian tourism.   Maharaja Jai Singh II, the ruler of Amer, planned and founded the city of Jaipur when he planned to shift his capital from Amer.  Jaipur attracts numerous visitors from all over the world due to its rich historical monuments like The  Amber Fort, Sheesh Mahal, Ganesh Pol, Hawa Mahal, Jal Mahal, Nahargarh Fort.

Adventure activities like paragliding, hot air ballooning, rock climbing, camel riding and others can also be done here. The nearest attractions are Bairath, Karauli, Ranthambore National Park and Bagru.

Jaipur gives a rich collection of ethnic jewellery, fabrics, shoes. The city is admired for its  fairs and fests that are held on grand scale like the Kite Festival, Camel Festival, Teej, Gangaur and Elephant Festival.
